SUTV - Cable 9 (www.suu.edu) - review SUTV is a cable TV channel on Cedar City's cable TV system (operated by Bresnan Cable). SUTV is operated by Southern Utah University's Communication Department. It carries locally produced programming as well as the Classic Arts Showcase.
